At Triongl we are committed to being as inclusive and accessible as possible for our team, clients and talent. We understand that access needs are broad and diverse and can include physical, sensory, emotional, intellectual and financial considerations. As part of our commitment, we take the following measures to ensure accessibility is integrated into all our practices.
Opening Hours
Our office space in The Creative Quarter has a manned reception from 8:00-20:00. Our team work office hours, mostly in-office (with occasional remote) working environments, most commonly 9 am through to 5.30 pm.
Public transport
Cardiff Central is the nearest train station - 5 min walk, 0.2 miles. Bus stop KH is located on Westgate Street - 2 min walk, 0.1 miles. Bus Routes which stop at Bus Stop KH are 25, 44, 45, 49, 50, 122, C1. Please visit www.cardiffbus.com for further information regarding bus routes and timetables.

Level Access and Lifts
There are lifts to the first and second floor, meeting rooms, accessible toilets and communal areas. Our office is situated up a further flight of stairs above the second floor, with no current lift access (though there is an ongoing mission to improve access to us). One of our members of staff will book a meeting room on the first or second floor ahead of time for visitors who require step free access
Access Infrastructure
Door handles, buzzers and fob readers are all at accessible heights.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets can be found on the first and second floor of the building, including one next door to our office above a further flight of stairs. Both gendered and gender neutral toilets are available within the building.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs, and assistance dogs in training, are welcome throughout the building. Well trained pet dogs are also allowed.
Quiet space
For a quiet space, please speak to our team who can book a meeting room or make the zoom booth within the office available if required.
Accessible evacuation options
There is a refuge point on the first and second floor with an emergency voice communication system.
Events, interviews and other in person activities
Many of our events are welcoming and accessible for people with a variety of needs and/or can easily be adapted to meet different needs. Please contact our team if you need any reasonable adjustments or assistance.
Communications
Our team communicate via email, telephone and Zoom. Large print / plain text versions of documents are available upon request. Our documents are available in Welsh and English as standard
Online events, interviews and other remote activities
Closed captions can be enabled during all our online sessions. We welcome requests for a BSL interpreter as and when needed. Instructions are always provided on how participants can ask questions e.g. non-verbal feedback and chat feature. Any resource links shared either prior to or after the session is also shared via email where possible. In advance of all our online sessions, we contact participants to confirm their access needs. Our team are Welsh speakers and learners and we will always offer Welsh language correspondence and options for any online or in person events.
