Bethan Jenkins

Development Producer

Bethan joined TRIONGL in 2021 as a Development Assistant and quickly progressed to Development Producer. Before joining the company, she worked at Welsh national broadcaster S4C from 2016 — first as PA to the Commissioning Team, and later as Head of Awards Strategy, where she led submissions across major UK and international festivals and award platforms.

At TRIONGL, Bethan has contributed to a wide slate of projects — from translating both series of The Light in the Hall, to Assistant Producing its sequel Still Waters, and script editing the second series of Stad.

She has also produced three short films: Dim ond Ti a Mi (Ffilm Cymru’s Beacons scheme), Pink (a proof of concept for Ffilm Cymru), and Beyond (BBC Three’s Long Story Short initiative).

Bethan is passionate about championing bold new voices, authentic Welsh stories, and helping them connect with audiences far beyond Wales.
