Helen Davies

Head of Innovation

Helen is an experienced academic and media professional with a background in children’s content for S4C, BBC, Channel 5, and Netflix, working as both Producer and Voice Director. She holds a PhD in Sociolinguistics and Media Studies from Aberystwyth University and has led multiple R&D collaborations between industry and academia.

Helen joined TRIONGL in 2021 as Digital Innovation Manager. She currently leads the development of SGRIPT — a pioneering platform designed to transform the TV and film production process through human-centred design and innovative back-end technology. The tool was conceived to streamline back-to-back multilingual productions, enabling high-quality, cost-effective drama with inclusivity and efficiency at its core.
